Reassignment Memorandum

To whom it may concern,

With this memorandum, it should be noted that personal assistant of Senior Officer TLO has been transferred out to the original headquarter, codenamed Y4174121. Local Civil Servant (Technical-Mechanical) Acer Travelmate has served under Senior Officer TLO for three months and has conducted his duties and responsibilities well.

The vacant position would remain vacant until the arrival of a Desk Civil Servant from the Singapore HQ, codenamed S117771177. Please be informed that due to some administrative matter, Senior Officer TLO would not be wired up to the Internet for about one week from now. Any queries or other information related stuff should be conveyed to the Senior Officer through his personal cellphone number.
